2007 INFINITI G35 Sedan
Available as either a two-door coupe or four-door sedan, the 2007 INFINITI G35 is a compelling choice for anyone who enjoys a responsive car that is fun to drive. The coupe comes in one trim level, while the sedan is available in four: base, Journey, Sport, and x (AWD). The sedan was completely redesigned for 2007 and is now in its second generation. The 2007 coupe is a continuation of the first generation, but will receive the same redesign as the sedan beginning with the 2008 model year. For only $450 more than the base model, the INFINITI G35 Journey comes with very desirable upgrades, including automatic headlamps, power seats, dual-zone climate control and a stereo with an in-dash six-CD changer. The x trim adds AWD and heated seats. The Sport trims, which are geared toward enthusiasts, come with performance goodies such as 18-inch wheels and tires, a viscous limited-slip differential, sport seats and a more aggressively tuned stability system. A four-wheel active steer system is available only on the Sport trims. Either INFINITI G35 is a thrill to drive, with a direct connection between the car, the road, and the driver. The V6 engine feels strong and sounds just as good. Acceleration is vigorous, and the power is available throughout a large rpm band, which keeps 0 to 60 times below 6 seconds. Some people may find the ride quality a bit too stiff on the Sport trim levels, but the non-Sport G35s should be comfortable for a wide range of drivers.
